The Arlington Central School District Food Service Department is recruiting substitute food service workers for the 2007-2008 school year.  Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis.

Upon substitute appointment, you will receive:

-    Training for two weeks at $9.59/hour

-    Guarantee of 4 hours per day each day you work

-    Work only days when school is in session

-    $100 Sign-On Bonus after 60 working days

Upon permanent appointment, you will receive:

-    Annual increases in hourly rate of pay

-    Eight (8) Paid Holidays

-    Four (4) Sick Days/One (1) Personal Day

-    $200 Bonus after you’ve worked one full calendar year

-    Retirement Plan Available

-    Good Attendance Bonus – up to $200 every year

-    Referral Bonus – Employees who refer an individual will receive a $100 bonus if that individual works for a minimum of six (6) months.
